Our products are used in utilities, industry, construction and the energy sector. Our production is organized with full quality control, incoming material inspection, CNC turning and milling on modern equipment, protective coatings and mandatory hydrotesting of every unit for tightness and strength. We ensure compliance with GOST and TU and provide a complete document package: product passports, certificates/declarations of conformity and test reports.
We manufacture rubberized wedge gate valves (DN 40–600 mm).
Each valve undergoes rigorous testing: Strength & body integrity test at 1.5×nominal
pressure.
Air-tightness test at nominal pressure (Leakage Class A – zero leakage permitted).
Protective coating inspection (appearance, thickness, insulation resistance, etc.
Types of connection to the pipeline: Flanged;
for welding to a steel pipe; for welding to a PE pipe.

The compact electrical actuator is equipped with a battery, enabling autonomous operation
without centralized power supply. All electronic components are housed inside the
actuator’s body. No need to use SPS.
EX-certificate ensures a combination of advanced engineering solutions with the highest
safety level and reliability.
The battery is designed to power the ARCS "MEDUZA" electrical actuator and demonstrates high
performance in harsh operating conditions, ensuring stable operation even under heavy loads.
Due to its energy-saving technology, the battery can operate in standard control mode for up
to one year without requiring recharging.
The gearbox is used to increase the electric actuator's maximum torque output required for opening and closing shut-off valves. Constructed from high-strength steel, it is capable of withstanding significant mechanical loads.

The control column serves to elevate the underground valve actuation assembly to a specified height, ensuring operational convenience and safety. The housing is manufactured from stainless steel, guaranteeing high reliability and durability even in corrosive environments. Control columns are available in various sizes and configurations, enabling selection of compatible solutions for actuators and shut-off valves with different connection dimensions.

It provides immediate and precise identification of whether the valve is in the fully open, partially open, or closed position, while also displaying the rotation direction.
